In all cases, Jaffar Consultancy advisors will:

  • diagnose the problem in consultation with the customer;
  • identifying new opportunities;
  • advise how an adjustment in the organization's policy and/or approach can lead to improved results.

This can, for example, lead to an adjustment of the work plan or organizational structure, a different method of internal or external communication, or the guidance of a strategic change process.
