An acted fragment in which the intake at maternity care is difficult and threatens to lead to a conflict. This fragment comes from an interactive DVD that Jaffar Consultancy has created and which, together with the accompanying manual, is used in Jaffar Consultancy's Intercultural Communication training courses. Students come up with improvements and practice ways to prevent the conversation from turning into a conflict.
