In 2024, Jaffar Consultancy will also provide English-language versions of the training module “Honour and Shame” that we have been carrying out since 2020 on behalf of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Central Government Confidential Advisors Network. In October 2020, Jaffar Consultancy provided this module for the first time, part of a multi-day 'Social Safety' training. The training, organized under the direction of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, is intended for internal supervisors who organize workshops on the theme of "social security" for ministry employees at embassies abroad.
The part of this training that Jaffar Consultancy provided focuses specifically on the theme of "honor and shame" and the communication about it as it can play out in all kinds of ways on the work floor of a diverse labor organization. And especially in situations where there is social (in)safety, for example all kinds of bullying, discrimination and sexual intimidation.
In addition to being an expert in the field of intercultural communication and conversation, trainer Leila Jaffar is also a certified confidential counselor.
