Team Jaffar Consultancy
Leila Jaffar, director/senior advisor and trainer
'My goal is always to teach people something that they can really use in their work situation. A police officer or a teacher who has to deal with aggression has no use for a general story about cultural differences. He wants to know how to de-escalate in an acute conflict situation. The influence of cultural differences and power relations is only relevant as a factor in that process. My work is aimed at transferring skills, knowledge and a pragmatic approach. Attuning to the other person is effective, adapting can be strategic.'

Radi Suudi, Director/Senior Advisor
'I am convinced that intercultural communication is one of the greatest challenges of the coming years for the Dutch management of companies and institutions. With so much diversity in your employee and customer base, you simply can't do things the way you did in 1985. The ability to work with and lead people from diverse cultural backgrounds and to communicate with very diverse customers and buyers of your services becomes a core competency. Our agency can help companies and institutions make that change.'
