Training Confidential Advisors Central Government

Since 2020, Jaffar Consultancy has been providing workshops on intercultural conversations for the Central Government's Confidential Advisors Network for the internal confidential counselors at the Central Government. The workshops discuss the main points of intercultural communication and the most effective ways in which confidential counselors can have conversations about taboo topics within a diverse work organization or a diverse team. The workshops are experienced by the participants as very successful and educational.
