Goal
Children from other cultures sometimes exhibit problematic behavior that the professional cannot identify. Or where methods that have always proven useful until then suddenly turn out not to work. This training teaches participants a step-by-step analysis, approach and intervention, which enables them to deal with problematic behavior differently from now on. Each participant works with their own case during the training.

- Observing versus interpreting
- View problem behavior from different positions
- Behavioral intentions in an intercultural perspective
- Problem analysis: knowledge, skills, attitude, emotions
- Setting pedagogical goals
Duration: minimum 4 meetings of 1 half day
