Fall 2018-Spring 2019 Jaffar Consultancy commissioned by Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs to develop and give training for integrity officers working at Dutch embassies worldwide

Jaffar Consultancy has been asked by the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs to conduct five trainings for integrity officers working at Dutch embassies worldwide, The trainings by Jaffar Consultancy are part of a multiple-day training-program of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for members of its international staff.

The first two editions of the training were conducted in the late fall of 2018 in The Hague, in the Dutch language. The next three editions of the training will take place in the period April-June 2019 and will be given in the English language by Leila Jaffar. The training will cover various aspects of conversational techniques when dealing with local embassy staff who have come to the integrity officers after they may have been harassed sexually or bullied by colleagues.

Leila Jaffar is a certified integrity officer after having completed the official course for integrity officers in The Netherlands in 2004.
